Q: I'm interested in a product or service I don't see on your website. Do you do more than just this?

A: Absolutely! There are so many things that we do, and so many variations, that it's not practical to list every option on our website. We encourage you to give us a call if you need something specific or are just looking for options with an existing product that aren't listed. Q: Are you just an online printer, or do you have a store I can shop at?

A: We are both! Our shop is located at 4256 W. 8370 S. in West Jordan, Utah. We are open weekdays from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Walk-ins are welcome. Of course, we are also happy to help you online, wherever you may be!


Q: Do you have more than one location?

A: Kwik Kopy Business Solutions # 145 in West Jordan, Utah is a locally-owned and operated franchise and is part of the world-wide Kwik Kopy family founded in 1967 by Bud Hadfield in Brenham, Texas. Read our story here. To find a different location within the US, click here.


Q: I need a project done fast. Do you offer same-day service?

A: Of course! It's in our name, so we have to be KWIK ;-). To find out how fast we can complete your project, call us at 801-280-2180 during business hours, or email us after hours at orders@mykkp.com and we'll get you an answer at our earliest opportunity.


Q: My company uses a substantial amount of printing. Are you just a small shop, or do you handle larger clients?

A: Some of the largest companies in the world choose us to help with their printing needs. With over 20,000 square feet and numerous machines of all types, we have the means to make it happen. We specialize in business-to-business transactions with companies and projects of any size. No job is too big or too small, or even too far away. In short, there's not too much we can't handle. On the rare occasion that we're not the ideal solution for your project, we will be happy to recommend a better solution to you.


Q: Do you offer delivery and or shipping services?

A: We offer free pick-up and delivery to locations in Salt Lake County and the surrounding metro area. If you're further away, we've still got you covered with FedEx or UPS shipping, even international! And, on rare occasions, we have even made deliveries in our own truck from the west coast to the east coast to the bottom tip of Texas and the top tip of the Great Lakes. If we can't help you, we're not sure who can!


Q: I want to print something, but I need someone to design it for me. Can you help?

A: Sure! Most projects require at least a little design before going to the press, but some need to be started completely from scratch. Either way, we can help. A brief consultation with one of our friendly staff is all it takes to get the ball rolling. Our design team can mock-up one or more proofs for your review and refinement. Once approved, it's ready to go to press. Can you say EASY?


Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We are pleased to offer NET 30 terms to existing customers and pre-qualified prospects. Online transactions usually require pre-payment by credit card, but we can customize your own customer portal to shop at, complete with your own products and terms. You can request a company portal here. They're free!
